Bitsclan is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder with Fiverr expertise to generate new business through freelancing platforms. The role involves bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms
• Write tailored, persuasive proposals
• Communicate promptly with clients and manage follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
• Negotiate and close deals within company guidelines
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Track bidding performance and revenue

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and Fiverr profile management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create compelling proposals
• Knowledge of IT services is a plus
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred:

• Experience with lead generation outside freelancing platforms
• Familiarity with CRM tools
