Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to lead and manage our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the success of the BD team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can execute business development initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
✔️ Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
✔️ Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
✔️ Oversee sales pipelines and ensure targets are met.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
✔️ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
✔️ Prepare reports, forecasts, and sales strategies for management.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales.
✅ Proven leadership experience in managing a BD team.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
✅ Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
