Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role based in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role will also involve developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in handling clients from the US and UK
• Prior experience in dealing with clients and customers in US/ UK
• Sales strategy development and implementation skills
• Team management and leadership experience
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Inter/ Bachelor's degree
• Cold calling experience
• Experience in US/ Canada Real Estate will be preferred
• Ability to speak professional English language

Compensation

• Basic Salary 60K-80K
• Commission on every contract 10K
• Monday to Friday (7:00 pm to 4:00 am)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
