ERP Software Sales Representative (Female, Work From Home – Karachi)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and IT-experienced female candidate for the position of ERP Software Sales Representative on a work-from-home basis. This role suits candidates who are unable to commute to an office but can work independently, manage clients, and communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM. Only Karachi-based candidates should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers across Pakistan
• Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Introduce and explain ERP software and its features to customers
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls
• Respond promptly to all new leads, queries, and customer requests
• Maintain customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM
• Find potential customers through LinkedIn and other social media platforms

Qualifications & Experience

• IT-related education, qualification, or relevant sales experience is required
• Basic knowledge of accounting software is preferred
• Previous experience in software or accounting software sales is an advantage
• IT course or diploma certificate holders will be preferred
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• Confidence in communicating with new customers
• Strong lead management and follow-up skills
• Basic awareness of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Good computer handling and management skills
• Punctual, responsible, hardworking, and self-motivated

Work Details

• Work Location: Work From Home (Karachi-based candidates only)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Communication: Phone, WhatsApp & CRM

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 35,000
• Attractive sales commission based on overall target achievement
• Official SIM with calling package provided by the company

Technical Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Proper electricity and backup power arrangements
• Ability to work independently from home

Trial Period

The first 15 days are a trial period. If the candidate is not selected after the trial assessment, no salary is payable for this period.

Target-Based Job

This is a target-based role, and achieving the assigned targets is mandatory. Performance and target achievement are evaluated quarterly. In addition to salary, you are eligible for a commission based on overall target achievement.
