Business Development Officer (BDO)

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct meetings and follow up with prospects to convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Previous experience in sales/business development will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
