Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Closer(FE) to join our dynamic call center team. As a Sales Closer at PRIME BPO 5, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into loyal customers through effective sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Close Sales Calls: Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
• Understand Customer Needs: Utilize active listening and effective questioning to identify client requirements.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Negotiate Effectively: Employ strong negotiation skills to secure deals.
• Maintain Professionalism: Uphold a customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 years in FE Closing Campaigns.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Sales Expertise: Proven strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Availability: Must be available for a full-time, on-site position. Candidates currently studying or employed elsewhere are not eligible.
