              Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for our USA-based clients. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers

· Provide information about products/services

· Resolve customer queries and complaints politely

· Maintain call records and customer details

· Meet daily/weekly call targets

· Follow company call scripts and policies

Requirements

· Basic English speaking and understanding

· Fresh candidates and experienced both welcome

· Willing to work night shifts (USA time)

· Basic computer knowledge

· Good listening and communication skills

· Ability to work in a team
