We are looking for confident and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. You will be responsible for handling rider and customer queries, booking support, and communication with our app users via phone and WhatsApp.

Attend incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Resolve complaints and forward issues to the relevant department
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up lists
Communicate in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
Good communication skills in Urdu & basic English
Confident in handling calls and messaging (WhatsApp)
Must have a smartphone and basic tech knowledge
Previous experience in customer support will be a plus

8. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and satisfaction.
9. Help in onboarding new riders by guiding them through the registration process.
10. Support team targets by managing daily call/chat volumes efficiently.
🎯 Job Requirements – Call Center Agent (Male/Female)
1. Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc or equivalent)
2. Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
3. Strong communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
4. Confident voice and polite speaking style
5. Ability to use a smartphone and WhatsApp professionally
6. Must have basic knowledge of call handling and messaging
7. Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment
8. Past call center or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
9. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple calls/messages daily
10. Residing in Karachi (must be familiar with the city and its areas)
