Calling Agent

Job Description:

We are hiring a Calling Agent to join our team at our Islamabad office. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving professional calls to clients, answering inquiries clearly, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone. You will support sales and customer relations by providing accurate information and helping resolve concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a call center
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills
