TT Technologies pvt. ltd looking for the people who will be guiding/supporting customers online.We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple online brands across Pakistan. We sell on Shopify, Daraz, and other platforms. We are looking for a Customer Chat Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via live chat, WhatsApp, and social media inboxes
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns
- Handle complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain proper records of chats and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order-related issues
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand image
Requirements:
- Good English writing skills (basic spoken English preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple chats
- Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
