Guest Experience & Operations Specialist – Short-Term Rentals (STR)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Experience & Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our clients' short-term rental properties across the United States. In this role, you will work closely with guests, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations, a seamless guest experience, timely resolution of issues, and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of assigned short-term rental properties.
• Coordinate with clients regarding property updates, operational requirements, and ongoing requests.
• Communicate with guests and assist with resolving property-related questions, concerns, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors to ensure timely completion of property-related tasks.
• Monitor reservations, booking activities, property updates, and guest-related information across OTA platforms.
• Identify and follow up on operational issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, client communications, property updates, and operational activities.
• Keep clients, guests, vendors, and relevant internal teams informed of important updates and ongoing issues.
• Ensure properties consistently meet established service standards and operational procedures.
• Manage multiple guest, client, and property-related requests while prioritizing urgent matters appropriately.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through until completion.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive guest experience while ensuring efficient property operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, operations, client management, or property management is preferred.
• Experience with short-term rentals, property management, or the U.S. market is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, guest requests, client requirements, and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fast learner with a positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: PKR 80,000–120,000
