Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Catalogue Auditor / Dashboard Auditor Team Leader to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the auditing and quality control processes of product catalogues and performance dashboards. You will lead a team of auditors responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product and performance data across multiple platforms.

- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of catalogue and dashboard auditors.
- Delegate tasks, set performance targets, and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Audit & Quality Control
- Oversee regular audits of product catalogues to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Monitor dashboard data accuracy and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Develop and maintain audit checklists, SOPs, and reporting templates.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy of product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Validate data across internal dashboards, comparing outputs with source systems.
- Generate reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions to relevant departments.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in existing processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, IT, and data teams.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all cataloguing and dashboard standards comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data auditing, catalogue management, or dashboard monitoring.
- 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and audit methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with PIM (Product Information Management) systems.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplaces.
- Understanding of data quality frameworks and standards.
