Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and IT augmentation industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client staffing requirements and propose suitable talent solutions.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and close profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the staff augmentation, recruitment, or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing models, client engagement processes, and resource management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
