Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Front Desk, Media & Marketing Officer to be the face of our organization and support both reception duties and media/marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a passion for communication and public engagement.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

Greet and receive visitors and patients with professionalism and warmth.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide administrative support to staff as required.

Media & Marketing Duties:

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with regular and engaging posts.
Create and publish newsletters, flyers, brochures, and online content related to the Foundation's work.
Coordinate with designers and photographers for promotional content.
Assist in planning and promoting awareness campaigns, fundraising events, and medical camps.
Maintain media coverage archives and monitor online mentions.
Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
