IT Support and Network Administrator

Kamran Lubricants Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Support and Network Administrator with a minimum of three years of professional experience to maintain and support our network infrastructure and IT systems. This role involves the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices and services, ensuring that the organization's IT environment operates efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate excels in technical troubleshooting, network configuration, and has strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and network protocols. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires effective communication skills for collaborating with users and other departments. The IT Support and Network Administrator oversees essential IT functions including Active Directory management, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration. The role also covers network services such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Networking, along with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. Security measures and access control are critical components to protecting organizational assets. The individual provides direct support to end-users and resolves technical issues promptly while maintaining optimal network performance and adherence to security policies.
