We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Success Lead to oversee our client engagement strategies, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships. This role demands a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that our services align with client expectations and project objectives.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to promote retention and loyalty. 3. Lead and mentor the client success team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 4. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and service delivery standards. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, including cost estimation, scheduling, and tendering support. 6. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations. 7. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 8. Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. 9. Prepare regular reports on client engagement metrics, service delivery performance, and team productivity. 10. Utilize data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client success, client relations for client based in US, AUSTRALIA or CANADA. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Strong understanding of construction consultancy services and project lifecycle. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is must • Excellent English language (spoken and written) is MUST have. Preferred Skills: • Experience with project management tools. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in construction consultancy. • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
