Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies for crypto products and services
- Identify and manage partnerships with exchanges, protocols, and Web3 platforms
- Analyze market trends, token economics, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with product, engineering, marketing, and legal teams
- Oversee go-to-market plans, revenue models, and growth initiatives
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or related fields
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven business development or strategic management experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (MBA a plus)
