About the role

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) is responsible for managing daily booking operations and ensuring smooth, timely communication with guests across all platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless guest experience by handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all bookings and stay-related processes run efficiently.


We are currently hiring:

  • 3 Female MTOs
  • 3 Male MTOs


Responsibilities

  • Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
  • Update availability calendars in real time
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Coordinate with internal teams (cleaners, caretakers, operations)
  • Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and quickly
  • Follow pricing and booking guidelines
  • Maintain accurate booking records
  • Prevent double bookings and operational errors


Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Basic tech skills (apps, WhatsApp, booking platforms)
  • Problem-solving mindset


KPIs (Performance Indicators)

  • Response time
  • Conversion rate (inquiries → bookings)
  • Booking accuracy (zero double bookings)
  • Guest satisfaction rating
  • Issue resolution time


Work Details

  • 24-hour rotational Shift
  • In office (Gulberg, Lahore)
  • 6 days a week
  • 1 meal provided
  • 1 Month Probation


Compensation

  • PKR 35,000/month (basic)
  • Performance-based bonuses/commissions
