📍 Location: Main Canal Road Johar Town, Lahore
🕒 Timings:
Day Shift: 12:45 PM – 9:45 PM
Night Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:30 AM
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 (performance-based with incentives)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Sales & Promotion:
- Promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Regularly update the CRM system with customer details and feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to share sales strategies and insights.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc.). Bachelor’s degree will be a plus.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Language Proficiency:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge, including CRM tools and MS Office.
Work Environment:
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with working hours, as per the job requirements.
