Description

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our customer support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information

Maintain call records and update the system

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior call center experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply
  • Punctual, reliable, and motivated
