Description
We are hiring Call Center Agents for our customer support team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information

Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior call center experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply
- Punctual, reliable, and motivated
