Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive to enhance client relationships, support onboarding, and assist with ongoing sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a desire to excel in a high-paced global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
- Communicate with potential customers through phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure their concerns are resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience with B2B communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or CRM-based environments.
- Previous interaction with U.S. or Canadian clients.
- Professional phone and email communication etiquette.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
