Position Overview:

A7 Group Real Estate is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their sales team as Telesales Representatives in their Lahore Office. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. You will be responsible for representing our brand to potential clients in the UAE market, requiring a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Position: Telesales Representative – UAE Real Estate Campaign

Company: A7 Properties and Developers Pvt Ltd

Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-Site)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday

Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Salary: 40k-70k as basic + Commission

Commission Details:

• 10k commission on each sale of house rent.
• 50k commission on each sale of property.

Requirements:

• ✅ Education: Graduates with at least 1 year of telesales experience.
• ✅ Language: Fluent English speakers (mandatory).
• ✅ Location: Lahore-based candidates.
• ✅ Attributes: Energetic, highly motivated & target-driven individuals.

Preferred Skills:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Real estate telesales experience is a plus — especially UAE real estate.
