Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email, chat, or phone in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Help customers resolve basic issues or escalate them to the relevant department.
Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.
Making outbound calling to the old customers for sales purpose.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
Minimum F.A / ICS / FSc with some experience OR Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel for data entry and typing skills.
