Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, converting digital leads, enhancing customer experience across digital platforms, and driving revenue growth through various online channels.

Responsibilities:

Product Listings: Create and manage accurate, complete, and well-optimized product listings.

Issue Resolution: Identify and fix listing errors such as incorrect pricing, missing images, or descriptions.

Daily Reporting: Submit daily updates on completed tasks, ongoing issues, and performance highlights.

Sales Support: Assist in converting digital leads and improving the online customer journey.

Team Coordination:

Participate in regular check-ins with the manager.
Collaborate with developers to report bugs and test website fixes.
Share suggestions to improve digital workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, digital coordination, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic understanding of digital platforms and online sales tools.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
