Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. The role involves calling UK landlords, agents, and property managers to offer our compliance certification services (EPCs, EICRs, Fire Safety Checks, etc.). This is a key role in driving growth and maintaining high-quality client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective UK-based clients to introduce services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field engineers or sales follow-up
- Maintain daily call targets and conversion KPIs
- Update CRM with accurate call logs and lead statuses
- Build rapport with decision-makers and develop client trust
- Handle objections professionally and promote service value confidently
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to streamline lead flow
Requirements:
- Prior experience in UK-based sales or outbound calling is a must
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Confident, proactive, and highly motivated attitude
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and committed to long-term growth
