Job Summary

XAXU Pakistan, in partnership with Hire With AR, is urgently seeking a energetic, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, onboarding new retail/FMCG client accounts, and hitting monthly sales targets through direct field visits. If you have strong sales acumen, local market knowledge, and a passion for on-the-ground business development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, traders, and prospective business clients across designated territories in Lahore.
Identify, pitch, and convert new sales leads to expand market footprint.
Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with shopkeepers and retail partners.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly target sales volumes to maximize commission earnings.
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and stock availability at retail points.
Collect order details, ensure timely product placement, and coordinate delivery follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in Field Sales, FMCG, or Retail Distribution (fresh to 2+ years preferred).
Location: Must be a current resident of Lahore with strong geographic knowledge of local commercial areas.
Transportation: Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license (Mandatory for daily route visits).
Skills: Strong negotiation, pitch presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 per month (depending on experience).
Incentives: Uncapped high-commission structure based on performance targets.
Allowances: Fuel/travel allowance for daily field visits.
