Finance Manager

Job Overview:

Harbins is seeking a Female Finance Manager to join our team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This is an onsite role for female candidates who are experienced in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, P&L reports, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with ERP/Accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and high ethical standards in handling financial data.
• Female candidates based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad only.

Education & Certification:

• ACCA/CA
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.

Additional Details:

• Onsite role with direct interaction with the finance team and management.
• 6 working days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
