Job Overview:

Jacked Nutrition is looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and streamline all financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and develop strategies to drive financial growth and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Prepare, analyze, and manage financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws.
Oversee cash flow management and ensure liquidity for operations.
Accounting Operations:
Maintain accurate accounting records and reconcile accounts.
Supervise payroll, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
Monitor and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Provide insights to leadership on financial performance and opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers quality output.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA/ACCA preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the retail or nutrition industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
