Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 130,000 + Bonus & Insurance

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Financial Modeling Specialist to join our client Finance/Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial models, conducting financial and commercial analysis, preparing reports, and supporting strategic business decisions for clients, particularly within the energy sector.

The candidate should have strong expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel, financial analysis, and report preparation, along with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for clients to support business planning, investment decisions, and project evaluations.
• Perform financial, commercial, and market analysis, including regulatory assessments relevant to the energy sector.
• Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management insights.
• Support preparation of financial assessment reports, tariff models, and regulatory filings/applications.
• Assist management in developing long-term financial and commercial strategies.
• Conduct scenario analysis, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Support policy development and financial frameworks to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Required Skills
• ACCA / ICMA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in:
• Financial Modeling
• Financial Analysis
• Investment Analysis
• Consultancy
• Corporate Finance

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Financial Modeling
• Pivot Tables
• Advanced Formulas
• Data Analysis
• Financial Dashboards
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial and commercial data.
• Knowledge of energy sector financial analysis will be an advantage.
