Job Description:
Weblinx Solution hires passionate and motivated individuals for Sales & Upwork/Freelancer Bidding. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience and are eager to grow in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:

✅ Confidence to communicate in English on calls (if required)
✅ Passion for sales and bidding

What We Offer:
💼 Full-time, office-based role in Karachi
💰 Attractive commissions on achieving sales targets
📍 Location: Model Colony, Opposite Jinnah Airport, Karachi
Shift Timings:
🌙 Evening Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🌃 Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Bid on Upwork/Freelancer to win projects
- Communicate with clients via chat or call
- Write clear, customized proposals
- Follow up on leads and close deals
- Meet sales and bidding targets
- Stay updated on market trends
- Maintain activity reports
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or online bidding
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident in speaking with clients (calls if needed)
- Passion for sales and freelancing platforms
- Willing to learn and grow long-term
- Able to work in evening or night shifts
- Based in or willing to work in Karachi (office-based role)
