Shift Timings:

🌙 Evening Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

🌃 Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Bid on Upwork/Freelancer to win projects
• Communicate with clients via chat or call
• Write clear, customized proposals
• Follow up on leads and close deals
• Meet sales and bidding targets
• Stay updated on market trends
• Maintain activity reports

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or online bidding
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confident in speaking with clients (calls if needed)
• Passion for sales and freelancing platforms
• Willing to learn and grow long-term
• Able to work in evening or night shifts
