Front Sales Closer – Design Services

About the Role

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Sales Closer with a strong background in selling design services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for design services

• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and consultations

• Present service offerings and close sales effectively

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or a related field

• Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working night shifts
