Description:

We are hiring motivated and confident female Fronters to join our remote team for a US-based real estate campaign. This is a work-from-home position with a fixed night shift 6pm to 3am from Monday to Friday. Ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US.
• Collect and verify basic property-related information.
• Qualify leads and forward them to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and communication skills.
• Laptop or PC, headset, and reliable internet connection.
• A separate, quiet workspace at home for uninterrupted calls.
• Self-discipline and availability during night hours.
• Previous experience in call centers or real estate campaigns is a plus (but not mandatory).
