We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team on the night shift to help us identify and acquire properties. We believe in providing our team with the resources, training, and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Make a average volume of outbound calls to property owners using a provided list and script to identify potential leads.
• Lead Generation: Engage with property owners to understand their motivations, property condition, and willingness to sell.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with sellers to uncover their needs and present solutions.
• Data Management: Accurately log all call notes, contact information, and lead details into our CRM software.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify and set appointments for our team to follow up on potential deals.

Working Hours (Pakistan Standard Time)

This is a night shift job to align with U.S. business hours.

• Part-Time: 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Full-Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Compensation

• Part-Time Basic Pay: PKR 18,000 per month
• Full-Time Basic Pay: PKR 25,000 per month
• Incentives & Bonuses: In addition to the basic pay, you will have the opportunity to earn significant incentives and bonuses based on performance, with no limit on your earning potential.

• Excellent Spoken English: Must be fluent with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• A Laptop: A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Good Internet Connection: A stable and high-speed internet connection to ensure call quality.
• Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, professional, and uninterrupted space for making calls.
• Professional Headset: A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear audio.
• Coachability: A strong willingness to learn our proven systems, scripts, and sales processes.
