Real Estate Consultant

Titanium Properties Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing professional property consultancy services, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing successful real estate deals.

As a Real Estate Consultant at Titanium Properties, you will:

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities, sales, and rentals.
• Develop and maintain a strong client network through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and deal negotiations.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in real estate sales/marketing will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
