About the Role:
KLIX Technologies is looking for an experienced GC Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial and residential construction projects in line with U.S. standards.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare quantity take-offs using estimation tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, RSMeans)
- Analyze subcontractor quotes and material costs
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams for final bid submissions
- Ensure timely delivery of competitive, accurate estimates
Requirements:
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in GC Estimating for U.S.-based projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates & trade scopes
- Proficiency in estimation software/tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines
Degree:
