Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, contractor billing, IPC preparation, material reconciliation, variation orders, and project cost control. The candidate should be able to review construction drawings, verify site measurements, prepare accurate quantity and cost reports, coordinate with site teams and contractors, and maintain proper project documentation. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, construction drawings, and building works is required.
