Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor
COMPANY: Damerah Private Limited
LOCATION: Punjab (Various Projects)
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
• Civil Engineering Diploma (2 years minimum)
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and monitor daily site operations
• Manage labor and track attendance
• Inspect material quality and ensure proper storage
• Enforce safety standards on site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management
• Ensure work completion according to BOQ and project timelines
• Maintain quality control and workmanship standards
• Ensure site discipline and cleanliness
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Clear understanding of concrete, masonry, and structural work
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of costing and budget management
• Good communication skills (Urdu/English)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Basic MS Office proficiency
