Graphic Designer

About the Role

New Casa Holding is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented, and highly skilled Graphic Designer who can produce visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other professional design tools. Candidates with video editing skills will be given strong preference.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, website banners, marketing materials, and branding assets.  
• Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and promotional content aligned with the company’s brand identity.  
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.  
• Edit and retouch images for product showcases, ads, and digital platforms.  
• (Preferred) Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips using industry-standard video editing tools.  
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print formats.  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.  
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.  
• Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-consistent designs.  
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.  
• (Highly Appreciated) Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.  
• Must be able to work onsite from 10 AM to 6 PM.

 Salary Range

PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience and skill set)
