hiring : Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are looking for performance-driven Area Sales Managers (ASM) for Faisalabad and Rawalpindi to manage channel sales and drive business growth for solar energy products, including panels, inverters, and lithium batteries.

Job Summary:

The ASM will be responsible for managing a dealer/distributor network, achieving sales targets, ensuring technical training, and expanding the market presence within their assigned city.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network in Faisalabad or Rawalpindi.

 • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar panels, inverters, and lithium batteries.

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).

 • 3–5 years of experience in territory sales/field sales (solar or energy sector preferred).

 • Strong knowledge of solar products and battery systems.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 • Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and data reporting.

 • Ability to travel locally within the assigned area.

 • Target-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

 • Gross Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
