Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Closer Verifier to join our call center team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the final step of the sales process is accurate, compliant, and professionally executed. You will verify all customer details, confirm their interest and understanding of the product/service, and secure final confirmation before processing the order or enrollment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct final verification calls with potential customers after the initial sale has been made.
Review and confirm all customer details including name, address, payment method, and service/product selected.
Ensure that the customer fully understands the terms, pricing, and features of the service or product.
Identify any red flags or compliance issues and report them accordingly.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to avoid errors in customer records.
Follow quality assurance guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
Update CRM systems or internal databases with verified customer information.
Work closely with sales agents and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center, preferably in a sales or verification role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a night shift.
Ability to handle objections and clarify misunderstandings politely and professionally.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools or dialer systems.
Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
