We are hiring a Remote HR Officer to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, shortlisting).


Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.


Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.


Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.


Assist in performance management and grievance handling.



Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


Prior experience in HR or recruitment preferred.


Strong communication and organizational skills.


Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
