Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of networks, systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and vendor management. This role will support our IT operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network systems.
• Support the management and administration of IT systems and applications.
• Assist in the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely support and service delivery.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with hardware and software issues.
• Document IT processes, systems configurations, and user guides.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
• Experience with vendor management and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,
• Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
