LinkedIn Cold Outreach Specialist

Avrixo Digitals is hiring a LinkedIn Cold Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter to help generate qualified business opportunities through targeted LinkedIn outreach.

This role is for someone who understands B2B prospecting, personalized outreach, professional follow-ups, and meeting booking. We are not looking for random mass messaging or spam-based outreach. We need someone who can identify the right prospects, start relevant conversations, and move interested leads toward booked discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify relevant LinkedIn prospects based on our target audience

- Build and manage prospect lists

- Send personalized connection requests and cold messages

- Handle early-stage replies professionally

- Follow up consistently without spamming

- Qualify interested leads

- Book meetings / discovery calls

- Maintain accurate lead notes and tracking

Requirements:

- Experience with LinkedIn cold outreach or appointment setting

- Strong English communication and writing skills

- Ability to personalize outreach instead of using copy-paste spam

- Good understanding of B2B lead generation

- Organized, consistent, and results-focused

Compensation:

Monthly salary plus performance-based incentives / commission may be offered for qualified opportunities and closed business.
