Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media management.
- Hands-on experience in both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activations.
- Skilled in managing advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Lead, guide, and support internal marketing teams, as well as coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making
