Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
  3. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media management.
  4. Hands-on experience in both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activations.
  5. Skilled in managing advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  6. Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  8. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve performance.
  9. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  10. Lead, guide, and support internal marketing teams, as well as coordinate with external vendors and agencies.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  6. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making
