Medical billing Team Lead

Job Summary: 

DOSTSOL Global is looking for an experienced “Medical Billing Team Lead” to oversee billing operations and ensure accuracy in medical billing and coding. This role is responsible for supervising a billing team, managing claim submissions, resolving denials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and support the medical billing team to achieve performance goals.

· Ensure accurate coding and timely submission of claims in compliance with payer guidelines.

· Review and resolve escalated billing issues to minimize denials and maximize revenue.

· Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and operational efficiency.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting for management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational revenue cycle objectives.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).

· Prior leadership or team lead experience in a healthcare billing environment preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

· Coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Shift Timing/Location:

6PM-3AM (Monday to Friday) – Johar Town, Lahore.
