We are hiring an experienced Intake Coordinator (US Home Health) to manage patient intake, eligibility, insurance verification, and prior authorizations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth onboarding of patients while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and onboarding processes
• Perform eligibility and insurance verification (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
• Obtain and manage prior authorizations
• Coordinate with referral sources, patients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in EHR/EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in US Home Health Intake
• Strong knowledge of eligibility, authorization, and insurance verification
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
