Medical Coder

Requirements:

* Minimum 2+ years of US Home Health experience

* Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing procedures

* Hands-on experience in home health billing and collections

* Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding

* Strong understanding of OASIS documentation and compliance standards

* Experience with Inovalon and HCHB EMR billing systems

* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
