Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Order Booker to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing and selling our FMCG products in the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a field-based role that requires daily market visits and accurate reporting of sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Introduce and promote company products in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Visit retail shops, general stores, and other relevant outlets on a daily basis.
Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and shopkeepers.
Monitor product placement and visibility at retail points.
Provide regular and accurate daily reports on visits, orders taken, and competitor activities.
Address customer complaints and provide prompt support when needed.
Collect feedback from the market to help improve products and services.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
