Job Title: Order Processing Specialist – E-commerce

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team in DHA Phase 6, Karachi. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage order operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily processing of e-commerce orders across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Website, etc.)
Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to customers
Resolve issues related to orders such as delays, cancellations, and returns
Maintain up-to-date order records and ensure proper documentation
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Collaborate with the inventory and customer service departments for smooth operations
