Job Description:

Experience: 2 Years relevant • Prepare and develop technical & commercial proposals for engineering projects. • Analyze project requirements and provide cost estimation, technical documentation, and bid submissions. • Reviewing / analyze RFQ with respect to technical & commercial requirement. Proposing Turn-Key solutions • Review client specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Responsibly executing all international bids and proposals while Minimizing risk in all outgoing bids. • Ensure Timely submission of Proposals in-line with Client requirements. • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals. • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to business conduct. Meeting all OEM ethical & legal standards with regards to commercial processes.

• OEM & Vendor Coordination, Negotiations and cost analysis inline with Company's Terms & Conditions.

• Engage in client communication for clarifications and negotiations related to proposals.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software, and best practices. • Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
